Privacy Policy (English)

e7days Studio ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by our mobile games and applications.

1. Data Collection and Local Storage

We do not require you to create an account to play "Hexa Tower". All game progress, unlocked levels, and in-game currency are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your local save files on our servers. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data will result in the permanent loss of your progress.

2. Third-Party Services (Analytics and Advertising)

While we do not collect personal identification data directly, we use third-party services to monitor game performance and display advertisements. These services may collect device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP addresses, and general usage data.

We currently use:

  • Unity Analytics: To understand how users interact with the game and to identify bugs.
  • Unity LevelPlay (ironSource): To serve advertisements within the game.

You can opt-out of personalized advertising through your device's privacy settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android or "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS).

3. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data through third-party analytics, please contact us so we can take steps to remove such information.

4. Contact Us and Data Deletion

Please note that because we do not store your personal data on our servers, we cannot manually delete your game progress remotely. To delete all your data, simply uninstall the App and reset your device's Advertising ID.

Terms & Conditions (English)

Welcome to e7days Studio ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using our mobile games, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, or modify the App in any way. You must not attempt to extract the source code of the App, nor should you attempt to translate the App into other languages or make derivative versions.

2. Third-Party Advertisements

The App contains third-party advertisements. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the products, services, or content shown in these ads. Any interaction with advertisers is strictly between you and the advertiser, and at your own risk.

3. Updates and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party if the App becomes unavailable or incompatible with future operating system updates.

4. In-App Purchases and Monetization

Currently, the App does not offer in-app purchases for real money. The App is free to play and is supported solely by third-party advertisements. In-game coins or rewards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other real-world items.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App "Hexa Tower" is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any loss of data (including local game saves), progress, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Wrocław, Poland.
